My own ventures, joint ventures and client builds — all running the same playbook: optimised setups, automated workflows, AI costs driven towards zero, blockers removed, and the freed-up time reinvested in innovation and R&D.

Play Fund Win, Ticket Helper, the Vault and more.
Partnerships where I bring the AI operating layer, the tech leadership and the shipping cadence — and share the upside. I invest time and capital, not just advice.

The same systems, installed in other people’s businesses: optimised setups, automated workflows, AI costs driven down, blockers removed, R&D unlocked.
From Power Hour to Fractional CAIO.

Flagship — sports tech & fundraising
The national digital-draw platform for sports clubs, charities and foundations — live matchday draws and prediction games for clubs from Wrexham to Sydney FC, on a regulated, multi-tenant platform serving 1,000+ organisations.
Sports travel
Specialist sports-travel brands — golf breaks, football getaways, F1 weekends and padel trips — with a full lead → quote → invoice → payment → customer-portal engine built and verified end to end. Four brand sites live alongside the group hub, more in build.
Luxury lifestyle
A luxury lifestyle group curating extraordinary wedding venues, retreats, honeymoons and celebrations across the UK — including an Airbnb-style wedding-venue directory and a spa, yoga and wellness retreats platform.
Product in build
Where can your team work from? Ranks cities by the hours a distributed team actually shares, the weather and places to work, then keeps watching with a daily forecast re-check and a Monday overlap brief. Every automation run is logged in public.
Consumer app — in build
A family meal planner that plans round the people, not the recipes. Allergies and dislikes are held against the person, not a list — so auto-fill can plan the household's whole week round every constraint at once, then produce one shopping list of only what you're short of. Fourteen entities model an actual household: members, recipes, pantry, plans, cook logs and a family vote for when nobody can agree.
Consumer app — in build
The calm baby tracker. Feeds, sleep, nappies and growth logged in two taps, one-handed, in the dark. Most trackers make one parent the account holder and the other a guest — this one shares at the row level, so both parents get a real account of their own against the same baby. Free, private, British.
Grassroots football data
Every non-league table, fixture and result — free forever. 129+ competitions across the UK and Europe, 16,000+ clubs and 190k+ match results going back to 2004, men's and women's, no sign-up. A React front end and a Node scraper API, with a compliance helper answering gift-aid, DBS, safeguarding and lotteries questions for club volunteers.
Commercial EV charging
Managed EV charge-point installs at £0 upfront for hospitality, retail, leisure and sports venues — plus solar PV, battery storage and a water-rebate checker. Behind the sector pages and quote wizard sits a full internal sales stack: lead pipeline, lead scoring with reason breakdowns, automated email and task sequences, a content copilot and its own QA pages.
Travel-advisor SaaS
“The calm back office for independent travel advisors” — a mobile-first business studio holding branded quotes, a client portal, referral and commission tracking and Stripe billing in one place, carried by an unusually large first-party test suite of around 145 files.
Games
Eleven game builds including Food Truck Park Tycoon — live, free to play, eight towns and eleven cooking mini-games deep — plus the competition entry that placed 4th and 7th.
Relaunch in build
A 14-year-old UK voucher brand being relaunched as an open, verified, member-first discount club — 1,442 merchants across 13 categories already catalogued, on a simple promise: tested, or it isn't listed.
Vertical platforms
Ten sibling vertical platforms sharing one operating layer — proof that the playbook repeats across industries, and the engine behind the vertical-platform consultancy offer.
Media
A daily AI briefing in Dean’s voice (AI-narrated): what shipped, what it means, and one thing to build.
A regulated, multi-tenant fundraising platform used by 1,000+ clubs, charities and foundations.
Founder
Play Fund Win runs digital 50/50s, prize draws and prediction games that raise money for clubs, charities and foundations while deepening fan connection.

Whether it's mine, a joint venture, or a client build — the playbook is identical: optimise the setup, automate the workflows, drive AI cost towards zero, remove the blockers, and reinvest the freed-up time into R&D. That's the compounding loop.
Tooling audited, consolidated and wired together properly — Claude Code, agents, CRM, comms and data all talking to each other instead of fighting each other.
Inbox triage, reporting, standups, QA and compliance checks moved onto autonomous rails — the team does the thinking, the agents do the grind, 24/7.
Intelligent model routing, caching and free-tier leverage that cuts AI spend to a fraction of list price — in my own stack it runs at close to £0.
The stuck integration, the manual bottleneck, the 'we've always done it this way' — found, unpicked and shipped past. Momentum is the deliverable.
Freed-up hours and cheap experiments mean ideas get prototyped in days, not quarters — innovation becomes routine instead of a workshop topic.
I take a small number of joint-venture positions where the fit is right — bringing the operating layer, the tech leadership and 20 years of shipping, in exchange for shared upside. If you have distribution, domain expertise or a product that deserves better execution, let's talk.
Send me the problem itself rather than a polished brief. I will tell you whether I can help, and whether it needs me at all.
Keep it short. Voice notes under 2 mins welcome. My ADHD brain thanks you.
