Who is running this
Hi, I am Dean
Dean Lynn, Stamford, Lincolnshire
I put AI into businesses that already run. I have been building companies for more than twenty years and shipping on Base44 since early on. I run these sessions because I would rather show you what it does in a real business than explain it.

Safe hands
Free to join
Joining the list costs nothing, and no payment details are asked for. Any paid session says so before you can book.
Your details stay with me
They go to me only, and I use them to tell you about sessions. Ask me to delete them and I will.
Only what you ticked
I only email you about the kinds of session you ticked.
Nothing until it is fixed
I confirm each session about a month ahead, so you only hear about dates that are real.
Free sessions are supported by Base44, the AI platform I build on. Paid and members-only sessions are run independently.

How it works
From registering to afterwards
01
Reserve your place
Register in about a minute. Your personal link is emailed straight away, with everything you need.
02
Get ready
A week before, an email with three things to do. The day before, a reminder with the address or joining link and the arrival notes.
03
Turn up
On the day your check-in code is on your personal page. Bring a laptop and something real to work on.
04
Build something
Work on one real thing with help in the room. You do not need to have used Base44 before.
05
Afterwards
A thank-you with a feedback link. If you built something you can share it on the wall; nothing goes up without your say-so.
Where it leads
Come once, or keep going
Come to one session
Most sessions are free to attend, and there is nothing to prepare beyond a laptop. A few deeper, advanced sessions are paid, and they say so, with the price, before you can book. Start with whichever format suits you.
Build one thing
Every session is hands-on. You leave with something you made, not slides you watched.
Show it
Share what you made on the wall of builds if you would like to. It is always optional.
Hear about the next one
Tick the box when you register and you get the recap and the next dates. Leave it unticked and you only get emails about the session you booked.
Bring one to a room of your own
Got a room, or a group of business owners? Offer to host a session.

Questions people ask
Do I need to have used Base44 or any AI tool before?
No. Registration asks how much experience you have so I can pitch the session properly. People who have never built anything sit alongside people who build every week.
What does it cost?
Most sessions are free to attend. A few deeper, advanced sessions are paid, and they say so, with the price, before you can book. Joining the list is always free.
What should I bring?
A laptop, and something real you want to build or fix. Each event page lists anything else.
Will there be food and drink?
Each event page says what is provided. If it does not say, plan on buying your own.
Are there free Base44 credits?
Some sessions come with free Base44 credits for everyone who attends. The event page says when they do. Nothing is promised until it does.
Is Base44 running this?
No. I run it and choose what happens. Where a session is supported by Base44, the AI platform for building software, the event page says so.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Your personal page has a cancel button, and cancelling frees your place for someone on the waitlist.
What happens to my details?
They go to me only and are used to run the session. You choose whether to hear about future events.
More on how your details are used is in the privacy policy.
Got a room, or a group of business owners?
Offer to host a session. I bring the people and run the evening; you bring the room.
