Terms

You are buying from me, Dean Lynn, a sole trader, trading as deanlynn.com from my office at Willoughby House, Broad Street, Stamford, Lincolnshire PE9 1PG. One email reaches me and it is dean@deanlynn.com.

• Membership, billed monthly. One price covers the Academy, the Vault and every member benefit.
• Trade packs, bought outright.
• Pack bundles: a pack with a Power Hour, with two months of Membership, or with a Dedicated Day.
• A Power Hour, booked.
• A Dedicated Day, booked.
• The fractional Chief AI Officer seat, monthly, minimum three months.

Every price is shown on the page you buy from, in pounds sterling. Those pages read the live product record, so the figure on the button is the figure charged. I do not repeat prices here, because a stale number on a terms page is worse than no number.

Card payments run through Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch my systems. I can see that a payment happened, not how you paid.

You can pay by invoice instead. Email me and I will send terms.

No VAT is added: I’m not VAT-registered, so the price you see is the price you pay.

You sign in before checkout, so access lands on the right account. Membership access starts immediately and covers the Academy and the Vault at once.

A pack arrives as a download with an install guide. A booked session arrives as a calendar invitation. If something you paid for has not appeared, email me and I will sort it out rather than send you to a form.

Membership is the whole thing. A pack bundle with two months of Membership gives the same access for those two months, then ends unless you choose to subscribe.

There is no cancellation call and no retention offer. You keep anything you have already copied out.

A pack is a one-off purchase of hand-picked skills for one kind of business. It comes with an install guide and ninety days of updates.

A pack on its own is not Membership. It does not unlock the Academy or the Vault.

That covers Membership, every pack and every bundle. Email me and it is done. No form, no exit survey, and no offer of a discount to keep you.

If a Power Hour does not go deep enough, I refund it or credit it against a Dedicated Day. That is your call, not mine.

Anything you build with this material belongs to you. A refund does not reach into your files, and cancelling does not claw back what you copied out.

What you may do with the material itself is a separate question, answered on the licensing page.

A Power Hour is sixty minutes, recorded. There is a short prep form first so I arrive knowing your stack, and a written recap and action list follow within one working day.

A Dedicated Day is one working day in your environment, with a scoping call before it, included. UK travel is billed at cost. Anywhere else is by arrangement.

The fractional seat runs monthly with a minimum of three months. It takes two days a week at most, per client.

A standard NDA is fine. I review it within one working day.

In shortI take no commission, referral fee or reseller margin from any tool I recommend, with one disclosed exception: Base44, set out in the next section.

If the right answer is a free tier, that is the answer I give.

Nothing I write for you is legal advice, including an AI operating standard. Your lawyer reviews it and your board signs it.

It never changes what I recommend. I built on Base44 before the link existed, and if a different tool is the right answer for you, that is the answer I give.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute about them. If you are buying as a consumer and live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live.

When this changes I date it at the top. I will not quietly tighten a term and leave the old page up.
