Licensing
This is about the material itself. What you may copy, how many people may use it, and what happens to it when you stop paying. Everything here is already stated somewhere on this site.
Last updated 30 September 2026. This licence is between you and Dean Lynn, sole trader, at deanlynn.com (Willoughby House, Broad Street, Stamford, Lincolnshire PE9 1PG). Questions come to dean@deanlynn.com.
What the licence covers
A membership gives you every Claude skill and prompt in the Vault, plus whatever is added while you are a member.
A pack gives you hand-picked skills for one kind of business, an install guide, and ninety days of updates to them.
How many people it covers
The membership is single-user. It is for you, on your work.
Paying once covers a single organisation, up to ten seats. How a seat is counted is not yet settled, so treat ten people as ten seats until it is.
What you may do with it
- Use any of it on your own real work, from the day you join.
- Copy it out, change it, and keep what you changed.
- Keep everything you copied out after you cancel or take a refund.
- Keep whatever you built with it. That belongs to you outright.
In shortA refund does not reach into your files.
I have never wanted a licence that works by taking work back off someone.
Using it outside Claude
SKILL.md is a universal format, and the prompts and playbooks do not care which tool you run them in. Cursor, Windsurf and the rest all read them.
In shortMost skills run on Claude Code and the free tier covers them.
A few need API access, and those ones are marked so you know before you start.
Material that is not mine to license
Some of what these skills sit on top of is open source under the MIT licence. Where that is the case, that licence governs that part, not this page.
Changes
When this changes I date it at the top. Anything already copied out under an older version stays under that version.
If your plan depends on something this page does not cover, email me at dean@deanlynn.com and get it from me in writing first.
