Who this is for

A room, or a group

  • A venue

A pub, hotel, cafe or workspace with a room that takes 12 to 30 people at tables. The room earns from the food and drink on the night.

  • A business group

A network, club or members group that would like its people to build something practical with AI in one session. I run it for your members, in a room we find together.

The deal

What I bring, and what I ask

What I bring

  • A room full of local business owners and builders from my own community.
  • The whole session: a running order, someone at the front, and help for anyone who gets stuck.
  • Registration, reminders, check-in and the follow-up, so you do not have to run a guest list.
  • Free Base44 credits for everyone who attends, where Base44 has approved the session.
  • Food and drink paid for on the day, up to a set amount, where Base44 has approved the session.

What I ask

  • A room for about 12 to 30 people at tables, with Wi-Fi and enough sockets.
  • A food and drink offer that suits the evening or the morning.
  • Card payment on the day and an itemised receipt: Base44 needs the receipts.
  • A date about a month ahead. Nothing is confirmed until Base44 has approved it.

How it works

From your message to the night

  1. 01

    Send the form

Tell me about the room or the group. It takes two minutes.

  2. 02

    We talk

I reply by email to agree dates, numbers, and what food and drink would suit.

  3. 03

    I get it approved

Base44 supports the free sessions and approves each one before it is confirmed. I handle that, and I plan about a month ahead.

  4. 04

    Registration opens

Once it is approved I put the event page live and people register. I run the registration, the reminders, the check-in and the follow-up.

Good to know

Questions hosts ask

Does it cost me anything to host?

I do not ask a venue to pay to host. Where Base44 approves a session, the food and drink is paid for up to a set amount, so the room earns from what people order. Nothing is promised until Base44 has approved it, and I will tell you when it has.

Can you pay a hire fee?

Possibly, if it fits within the set amount for an approved session. Put the fee in your message and I will say whether it works.

Who comes?

Local business owners and people who build, from my community in Stamford. Registration is capped to the room we have, and most sessions are free.

Is Base44 running the session?

No. I run it. Base44 supports the free sessions, and their event pages say so: "Supported by Base44". Paid and members-only sessions are run independently.

Do I need to be in Stamford?

Most sessions are in and around Stamford. If you are a little further afield, send it anyway.

What happens to my details?
