Work with Dean

Work with the operator,
not the influencer.

Do it yourself, or do it with me. Four ways in, priced on this page, from nothing to a full day inside your business.

I run 72 agents in production across my own ventures. What I install with you is what I already run.

Before you read onIf you are buying for a board rather than for yourself, this is the wrong page. The fractional seat is on the Chief AI Officer page, and it is priced there.

Four ways in

Pick your depth.

Cheapest first. Every price below is read from the record that checkout charges, so the number here is the number you pay.

  1. Rung 1 of 4

Membership — the Academy and the Vault

    £79a month

Monthly, cancel whenever, no VAT added

    What it is

Every Academy track, where each step ends with a check you run yourself, and the whole library I run my own businesses on.

    Who it suits

You want to install this without me, and you are willing to do the typing.

    What happens

    • Immediate access to the Academy and the Vault
    • Your own plan from six questions
    • Email me in the first 30 days and I refund the first month

  2. Rung 2 of 4

    Power Hour

    £497

    60 minutes, recorded

    What it is

One session inside your real systems, not a call about them. I tell you what is working, what is theatre, and what to do first.

    Who it suits

You want a straight answer before you spend anything bigger.

    What happens

    • Short prep form so I arrive knowing your stack
    • We work in your tools, not on a slide
    • Written recap and action list within one working day
  3. Rung 3 of 4

    Dedicated Day

    £2,495

One working day in your environment

    What it is

I build alongside you for a day. Something of yours goes into production before I leave.

    Who it suits

The tools are already there and the workflows are not.

    What happens

    • Scoping call before the day, included
    • Agents wired into your own accounts and data
    • A runbook your team can follow after I have gone
  4. Rung 4 of 4

    The fractional seat

    Priced elsewhere

    Monthly, minimum three months

    What it is

The Chief AI Officer role, held part-time. A written standard, agents in production, a governance page each month.

    Who it suits

Your board has started asking about AI and nobody in the room can answer.

    What happens

    • Sold and priced on the Chief AI Officer page
    • Two days a week at most, per client
    • Read that page instead of this one

Where this happens

Real rooms, not a webinar.

Coaching sessions, investor meetings, founder rooms, a team round a table. That is the shape of every rung on this page above the free one.

I work in your tools with you in the room. The pictures are mine and so is the work in them.

In the office

Good fit if you are…

  • A founder who knows AI is coming but has not wired it into day-to-day ops yet.

  • An agency owner drowning in repeatable work that Claude could eat tomorrow.

  • A team lead whose tools are there but the workflows are not.

Not a fit if you are…

  • Looking for theory rather than a change to how the business runs. I sell access and hands on a keyboard, not content.

  • Buying on behalf of a board. The seat is on the Chief AI Officer page, and it is priced there.

  • Expecting FCA-regulated advice or a legal opinion. That is not me.

  • Not going to let me into the real systems. If I cannot see the CRM, the inbox and the invoices, there is nothing for me to do.

How it works

Three steps. No surprises.

  1. Step 1

    You pay, or you ask

Card through Stripe for the hour and the day. The enquiry form for anything that needs a conversation first.

  2. Step 2

You fill a short prep form

Five minutes. I arrive knowing your stack, so you are not setting the scene for the first quarter of the session.

  3. Step 3

We work, and I write it up

I record the session, and a written recap with an action list lands within one working day.

What people write back.

Unprompted messages, quoted as sent. No case studies, because I have not published any.

I do not know what was in those files for Claude but they have made it so much better — thanks for that — thinking of designing a space ship as my next request.

Thanks once more Dean, I have created quite an impressive Business Intelligence machine with Fable. Would not have happened without inspiration from you.

Questions, answered.

Not sure which rung.

Five questions, one form. I reply within one working day and tell you which of the four fits, or that none of them does. Partnerships, speaking and media go through the same form.
