An idea on Monday. A live business in 30 days.
Not a website. The whole thing — the business model, the brand, the application, the content, the payments and the back office that runs it. Built by one person who has done it 169 times, working directly with you.

Wrexham launch

From my own ventures
Four weeks, in this order.
- 1
Decide
What the business actually is. Model, pricing, audience, name, the shape of the thing. Most of the value is here, and it is the week people try to skip.
Week 1
- 2
Build
Brand identity and the first working version. Not a mockup — a real application with real data models you can click through.
Week 2
- 3
Fill
Content, copy, imagery, integrations, payments. The unglamorous week that decides whether it looks finished.
Week 3
- 4
Ship
Domain, analytics, back office, handover. You get the keys and know how to drive it.
Week 4

Round the table

Coffee and a problem
The rules, before you ask
The 30 days start when your assets land
Not when you sign. Logos, photography, product data, whatever the build needs. If your material arrives in week three, the clock has not been running — and I will tell you that on day one rather than at the end.
Scope is fixed at the start
We agree what "live" means before anything is built — domain, content, payments, or not. New ideas in week three become version two.
One at a time
I run a group of companies; a sprint takes the whole of my build capacity for that month. If the month is taken, you go in the diary for the next one.
There is no price on this page
There is no standard build. Tell me what it is and I will tell you what it takes — or tell you honestly that it does not need me.
What this looks like finished
An Italian wine estate came to me with a name, a vineyard and a hard drive. It left with a brand, a site built around 415 of its own photographs and 51 films, and a back office the estate runs itself. That is the shape of the work.
